Congratulations to our Education Services Pathways Programme team who have won the Developing Young People category in the Kingston Borough Business Awards.

What is the Pathways Programme?

The programme offers a range of support for young people aged 16 to 24 who have SEND are not in education, employment or training (NEET). Young people have opportunities to take part in programme workshops, gain transferable skills, build up a CV and more.

The Pathways Programme supports young people to get on a career pathway that’s right for them and help them feel empowered, to realise their potential and achieve their goals.

Young people using the programme receive support from a mentor who provides information, advice and guidance and workshops: the service is provided through a mix of one-to-one and group support.
