COVID-19 (Coronavirus) - Information for our Customers

At YourCare, the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers is paramount to us and the forefront of everything we do.

We are in full support of the Government’s actions in keeping us all safe and like many other retail businesses, we have taken the decision to temporarily close our showroom until 15th June where we will be reopening with new measures in place to keep our customers and staff members safe.

Our number one priority is to ensure that we do all we can to support our customers and communities during this difficult time and so our website has remained open to take orders and our customer service team are contactable to provide you with updates, advice and support via our freephone number 0808 196 2231 or by email on wecare@yourcare.org.uk 

We are doing all we can to ensure our service operates as smoothly as possible and to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.  We rely on our suppliers and couriers to deliver your orders directly and safely to your door. We recognise that their services will be impacted as organisations need to put measures in place to follow and respect Government guidelines in keeping safe during this time. With this in mind, it is likely that our delivery times will be effected and extend beyond our normal time frames.

We know our products help our customers to live more independently and this is important to us but please be assured we are doing all we can to make sure our orders arrive quickly and safely to you and we ask for your continued patience and understanding during this time.

Many of our suppliers provide support to NHS and Local Authority Care Services and so the demand for some products may be particularly high. At YourCare, our team will ensure they are doing all they can to keep you updated on the progress of your order and we are in contact with our suppliers to provide regular updates on stock levels.  

Our suppliers and couriers are taking special care during this time and if you are self-isolating or have any particular requests regarding delivering your order, please send an email to wecare@yourcare.org.uk and we will make sure the delivery teams are informed.

We recognise that returning products may be difficult for some of our customers and if you have any queries regarding this, please contact a member of the team and we will be able to help you.

 

Our Personal Protective Equipment Product Range

The Government has set out PPE guidance for non-health and social care settings. Workplaces and the wider public are encouraged to practice good hand hygiene and social distancing to minimise the risk of infection.
